Original songs, some with humour and singalong chorus’ mixed in with those of more serious topics.
My aim is to entertain and involve the audience, and leave them with something to think about.
Some of my original songs are written with a wry, self deprecating humour, ranging over a variety topics, others tell more serious stories. We all love a sing along! So, many of my songs have easy to pick up chorus’ and are upbeat. In between the songs, a few stories of explanation will be told.
My objective is to keep the performance light, upbeat and entertaining.

Singer/Songwriter
As a song writer, Graham addresses a wide spectrum of topics, feelings and issues. Never forgetting that audiences are there to be entertained, much effort is put into making songs accessible through strong choruses and verses which carry a story. The stories are varied in topic, not limited to love and loss, but tell of many things. Within the repertoire of over 50 original songs, some have a rye humour about them others address more serious topics.
The guitar features prominently and there are a few self-written instrumentals. Graham was guitar tutor for 20 years up until 2021when he gave up to focus on gigging. In 2009 Graham was awarded Guitar Tutor of the year award by the Registry of Guitar Tutors.
Graham has also had a number of Prestigious support spots - Oyster Band, Phil Odgers (The Men They Couldn’t Hang), Chicken Shack and others.
Graham’s song “It's the Little things” reached the semi-finals of the UK Songwriting Contest.
After submitting various examples of his work, Graham was awarded a place on a songwriting workshop tutored by Sir Ray Davies MBE.
